Most of my time goes into TicketCord - a support platform for Discord. AI assistant with ticket context, knowledge base crawler feeding RAG replies, and a lock-free bot manager in Go.

Open source: a discordgo fork that runs an entire production bot layer and gets battle tested daily, and Reclaim - a macOS app that finds the gigabytes eaten by git worktrees, build caches and AI coding agents.

A rule I stick to: anything done twice by hand becomes a script before there's a third time. Laziness with follow-through is most of engineering.
